Hi, I can't figure out how to get into a chatroom-- I get a blank page....put in a username and nothing happens? I have an older MAC. Please help!!

Hope someone sees this.. For a couple of weeks I have been getting bounced from the chat meeting rooms after about 45 minutes and sometimes sooner. If I sign on again I get disconnected 6 or 7 times during the rest of the meeting. It could be that I am getting 'kicked' and it is a personal issue with someon...
