I have been trying to download a photo of me here. I have used the avitar, but it just sits there, and won't let me access my photos. I had it do it once, and my entire system locked.. any suggestions?

In perusing your site, which I really enjoy btw, I have found many broken links. For instance The barnes and noble webstore link is broken. The newsletter link on the main page is broken. Etc. etc. If the links are not working, I believe they should either be fixed or taken down. Thank you.

Hi. I registered a few days ago, got registration confirmation link to finish process, when I put it in my address bar, it shows page at 100% but my page is blank. Who the heck do I contact and how. I tried to reply to confirmation link but it says it is a noreply link. Any help????

I have been trying to log on to the Step Work Board. I am already logged in, but when I click on the SWB, i get prompted to log in. I try and I get a message that reads my account is still being verified. I don't know what I should do. Any suggestion, Sincerely, Tonyha
