I just need to share this because I'm still a bit shaken up. Last night my Land Cruiser completely died on me in the middle of the Sharjah industrial area around midnight. No warning, just sudden loss of power and then nothing when I tried to restart. I was alone and honestly a bit nervous because it's not the best area to be stuck in late at night. Called a few recovery numbers I found online and most either didn't pick up or quoted ridiculous prices. Finally got through to a company that advertises themselves as an Expert Car Recovery Workshop Sharjah, and the guy on the phone was actually helpful and gave me a fair price upfront. The flatbed arrived in about 25 minutes, the driver was professional, helped me get the car loaded safely, and took it to my preferred garage in Dubai. I've had bad experiences before with recovery guys who damage the bumper or tow incorrectly, but these guys knew what they were doing with a heavy 4x4. Has anyone else here used recovery services in Sharjah that actually treat your car with care? I feel like I got lucky last night but would love to have a reliable go to number saved for the future. Just thought I'd share a positive experience for once because usually people only post complaints.
