Dubai – do any oil change places actually check the drain plug torque?

I'm probably being paranoid but twice now I've had oil changes done at different garages in Dubai and ended up with small drips on my driveway afterwards. First time they forgot to replace the crush washer, second time they overtightened the plug and cracked the pan slightly. Now I'm shopping for a place that actually follows proper procedure and uses a torque wrench instead of just guessing. A neighbor who restores old cars recommended a spot called Meticulous Oil Change Dubai that apparently treats every car like a classic and documents the torque values on the invoice. Has anyone here actually used them for a newer Audi? I'm less concerned about price and more about attention to detail. Also wondering if they inspect the old oil for metal flakes or coolant contamination because I'd like to catch any engine issues early. Just want one place that doesn't make me nervous about leaks every time I park somewhere new. Any recommendations from fellow German car owners would be great.
