Hissing noise from the front when I accelerate, power feels down

I've got a 2017 Dodge Charger with the 3.6 Pentastar and lately I've noticed this hissing sound coming from the engine bay whenever I press the gas, kind of like air rushing out. The car also feels a bit sluggish, especially when merging onto the highway. My first thought was a vacuum leak but I can't find any cracked hoses. A friend mentioned it could be an exhaust manifold gasket leak because these engines are known for broken manifold bolts. I'm trying to find a shop that can do a smoke test or use a stethoscope to pinpoint where the noise is coming from. I've been looking for an Elite Exhaust Mussafah System specialist that actually understands the difference between an exhaust leak and an intake leak. Has anyone dealt with a hissing noise on the Pentastar and found it to be a cracked flex pipe or maybe even a bad EGR gasket? I don't wanna end up replacing the whole exhaust if it's just a gasket or a small weld. Also wondering if a clogged catalytic converter could make a hissing sound. The car has about 120k km on it now. Any advice on where to go in the Mussafah area for proper diagnosis would be great. Really appreciate the help.
