Keeping my mulberry tree healthy involved regular watering during dry periods, annual pruning, and seasonal fertilizing. I removed dead or crossing branches in late winter to improve airflow and encourage new growth. Applying a balanced fertilizer in early spring helped support vigorous foliage and fruit production. A layer of organic mulch around the base retained soil moisture while suppressing weeds. By monitoring the tree regularly for signs of stress or disease, I was able to address small problems before they became serious.
