Is your free email account with 12stepforums.net or with 12stepforums.zzn.?  Let me know and I will better know how to help you resolve this issue.

Note: Due to the services limitations, it is not recommended that anyone use the 12stepforums.zzn email service.  I have removed it from the site due to the fact that zzn.com appears to be saling our email addresses to e-marketers. 

If you would like a 12stepforums.net email account, I can set up 100 of them for free.  Just send me an email with what user name you would like with it, (example myusername@12stepforums.net) and what you would like your password to be.  You can change your password on the account after it is set up.

To check your mail on 12stepforums.net you can use outlook express, microsoft outlook, or go directly to it on the internet from any computer in the world.

To go to the web based login page you would go to http://mail.12stepforums.net
