On Dec. 26 at a neighbors party I went into verbal lacing of my wife who I love so much for no apparent reason.  I cannot remember totally the whole episode, but I am sure it was bad because she left me.  I need help because I am starting to hate myself for not being in control.  It is like I am posessed.  Please help me. I don't want to lose her.
