Lost my log-in password

I have been trying to get into the AA Members Message Board.  I have tried all the passwords I thought I used and tonight I tried the "Lost Information for about the 20th time... tonight I got a message that the info was sent to my email and I should check in 5 minutes.  I've checked all my email accounts... nothing?

I have the same problem.  Wish I could participate.  This is wonderful but it's not user friendly.
